I help women rebuild trust with their bodies and identity through style.

Not through trends or perfection.

And not by waiting for a different body or season of life.

For years, I lived disconnected from my body. Clothing was armor or performance — something to hide behind or get right. I dressed for approval instead of alignment and learned to ignore my own intuition.

Everything changed when I got sober in 2017.

Recovery taught me how to listen again — to my body, my instincts, and what actually felt true. One of the most unexpected tools in that healing was getting dressed.

Not as self-improvement.

As self-relationship.

I learned to style my today-body — not a body I was fixing, punishing, or waiting to deserve. I stopped dressing for validation and started dressing for clarity. Clothing became a way to practice presence, choice, and trust.

That philosophy shapes all of my work.

I don’t help women chase an aesthetic.

I help them feel at home in themselves — so getting dressed stops feeling like a negotiation and starts feeling intentional.

My approach is intuitive, practical, and grounded. We work with what you already own, where you are right now, and who you are becoming — without forcing, performing, or explaining yourself.

If your closet no longer reflects who you are, you’re not broken. You’re evolving.

And you don’t need a new body to move forward.

You need permission to trust the one you’re in.

All the love & style, always
